How are my peptides packaged and shipped?

 

Our peptides are carefully packaged and shipped in a secure 4x6x1, 7x5x2, or larger box depending on the size of your order. Each package includes a “FRAGILE – Handle with Care” label for added protection. All orders are shipped via USPS unless you request an alternative carrier.

What is your return policy?

 

Peptide Solutions is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, quality, and proper handling for all research peptides. Due to the sensitive nature of these materials, all sales are final. Returns are only accepted under the specific circumstances outlined below.

1. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive a product that does not match your order, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. After verification, we will promptly arrange a replacement.

2. Quality Concerns

All peptides are required to meet a minimum purity level of 99%.
If you believe an item falls below this standard, Peptide Solutions will provide a replacement or full refund once the following conditions are met:

  • Customer provides valid laboratory documentation from a certified facility.

  • Testing must be performed within 30 days of purchase.

  • Results must clearly confirm the quality issue.

After validation, we will resolve the matter promptly.

3. shipping issues

For packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during delivery, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Peptide Solutions is not responsible for carrier-related incidents.

 

Can I cancel my order?

 

Yes. Orders may be canceled any time before 3:00 PM EST. Please note that any order submitted before 3:00 PM EST is processed and shipped the same business day, and cannot be canceled once processing begins.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

 

Yes — Peptide Solutions ships to select countries that commonly allow research-use-only materials. All international orders are shipped at the customer’s own risk regarding customs clearance. 
If a package is delayed, returned, or seized, no refund is issued.
